Holiday Rental prices for 2012 are as follows and are per week :

Weekend / Midweek Bookings...€45 - €55 per night
Weekends start Thursday , Friday or Saturday
Midweek runs from Monday to Thursday/Friday
Weekly bookings start from Thursday ,Friday or Saturday.
Occasionally we can arrange a weekly booking to commence on a Thursday as some flights do not run at the weekends out of peak season..please ask..we will do our best to accomodate you.
We are also happy to consider longer lets between 4 to 12 weeks duration.
This may be handy if you are house hunting or working in the area.
Available only outside the main summer period..July & August.
The cost will be exclusive of heating, water,gas & fuel , which will be billed monthly or at the end of the let.

Weekend and midweek bookings are available from March till the end of June
and September to the end of October
Bed Linen , Towels, Beach Towels and Tea Towels are provided within the rental charge.
Wood for the open fire included..for those cooler evenings
All electricity and gas is included in the rental.
€100 euros per week DEPOSIT REQUIRED WITH BOOKING. BALANCE PAYABLE by
PAYPAL (Euros) or by bank transfer ( Euros) 4 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL
OR BY CASH ( Euros) ON ARRIVAL
A €75 euros damage/breakage bond is required on arrival...
refunded after /on departure after satifactory inspection .
PAYMENTS BY CREDIT /DEBIT CARD CAN BE MADE SECURELY THROUGH PAYPAL.
BANK TRANSFERS CAN BE MADE IF YOU ARE PAYING IN EUROS. PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.
The gite may not be suitable for pets as the garden is not enclosed.
NO SMOKING PLEASE INSIDE THE COTTAGE.
